On Saturday 22nd December the BWA had an extra special Gift for all our
Charities. Joe Riley, local businessman, each year collects donations for
large amounts of rice and again this year ensured that the BWA had many
large sacks, 2 tons to be exact! Each and every one of the charities we
support will get their share and we had 7 helpers who gave their spare
time and cars to ensure that we were able to get all the rice out in
one delivery! Our thanks go to all members who helped and lent their
cars and you can be assured that every home we support were very happy and
thrilled to get an extra surprise!
